Elba Madrid Alcala Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation options, with two metro stations just a short walk away. This made it easy for us to explore the city and get to the city center quickly. The hotel also had friendly and helpful staff who provided great service. the rooms were clean and modern, offering good value for money.

Some of the hallway carpeting in the hotel showed signs of wear and tear.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of hot and cold items to choose from. It was definitely the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. the hotel was located near two metro stations, making it easy to navigate and explore the city. And the fact that it was close to the airport was a major convenience for my Christmas travel.

the sound isolation was poor, as I could hear others speaking in the next room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with super clean rooms and super lovely cleaning ladies. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and bright communal spaces. We were also pleased with the parking convenience, as the garage was located on the -1 floor. In terms of transportation, we found it very convenient to have two subway stations very close to the hotel. we were pleased to discover a great supermarket nearby. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to address any issues, such as a faulty air-conditioning unit in our room.

The breakfast at Elba Madrid Alcala was really good, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The bed in my room was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay more fun. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel that was very close to a subway station, which was very convenient for exploring.
